This N54 Single Turbo Manifold has been engineered in-house, with one goal. To be the best performing N54 twin-scroll single turbo manifold on the planet. The design boasts, equal length headers with a specific, primary and secondary runner length, This is to achieve low exhaust back pressures, providing insane spool up at low rpms whilst managing heat in the cylinder head and valve train.

Built in-house by our engineering team to the highest standards of performance and quality. All components are CNC machined using 304 stainless steel billet and 316 stainless tubes for the manifold. All hand TIG welded and all parts rigorously tested for quality control.

All aspects of this kit have been tested on our shop car to back up our claims.

WHAT IS IN THE KIT

3-piece ceramic coated turbo manifold designed for the Garrett v band turbos and 2x TiAL MVS 38mm wastegates
2x heavy-duty Billet CNC machined manifold clamps
3.5-inch one-piece downpipe with 3.5-inch v band flange at both ends with flex section
2x 3.5-inch V band clamps for downpipe for Exhaust, and Turbo connections
2x screamer dump pipes designed for the TiAL MVS 38mm wastegates. (These can be recycled into the exhaust system quite easily)
Aluminium coolant inlet pipe with AN6 & AN10 male bung fittings to supply coolant to the turbo and transmission (Automatic and DCT Transmission cars)

180-degree rubber U joint hose and 2x jubilee clamps to connect to the OEM water pump
3” hot side charge pipe to intercooler with boost reference barb fitting

What you will need to complete the installation

The kit can be installed with the engine in the car by removing the subframe. We recommend a professional garage to install this kit.
